    Before you use it

    • Check the blanket, controller and cord for damage before every use. Don’t use it if you see frayed wires, burn marks, exposed wires or a cracked controller.
    • Use only the original power cord and controller that came with your blanket.
    • Plug it straight into a wall outlet. Don’t use it with a damaged outlet or an overloaded power strip.

    While you use it

    • Start on the lowest setting and raise the heat gradually.
    • Don’t leave it on when you’re out of the room, and switch it off and unplug it when you’re not using it.

    Care & storage

    • Remove the outer layer from the seat and wash it with low temperature.
    • Never use the blanket while it’s wet or damp, and don’t use it near water.
    • Don’t iron it, dry clean it or use bleach.
    • Store it loosely rolled or folded gently, and don’t crease it sharply or put weight on top of it.
